BEANIE WEENIE · PUBLIC WEB EDITION · 13+
Privacy Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective September 1, 2026. This policy covers the public Web Edition. Planned advertising and TikTok-native services are identified separately and are not represented as active.
Beanie Weenie: Unleashed! is offered by AkelasEnterprises, Ontario, Canada. Privacy, support and legal questions: akelasenterprises@hotmail.com. Do not email passwords, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive records.
1. The short version
You can play the Web Edition without creating an account. The game asks whether you are under 13, 13–17, or 18 or older, but does not ask for your birth date or identity documents and does not verify age. Saving game progress on your device is optional and separate from accepting the Terms. The Web Edition currently makes no advertising requests and has no remote gameplay analytics, public leaderboard, real-money purchases or TikTok login.
2. Age and family choices
The game is intended for players aged 13 or older where lawful. Players who select “Under 13” cannot start that browser session. Players aged 13–17 are asked to review these notices with a parent or guardian and confirm they have permission. This is a self-declaration—not verified age assurance or verified parental consent. A higher local or platform minimum age still applies.
The selected age band, agreement state, guardian acknowledgment and notice version are stored in browser session storage, normally until the session ends. Browser restoration may retain them longer. They are not sent by the game to an age-verification service.
3. Optional device saving
After the age and Terms choices, you can select “Save & play” or “Play now · no save.” Neither is preselected. Device saving can store personal bests, recent results, one unfinished run, Passport progress, earned shop currency, owned and equipped cosmetics, goals, settings and local round/reward state. These records stay in browser storage on that device; they are not a cloud account and do not automatically expire.
Temporary play keeps progress in memory only while the page remains open and does not read, change or delete an earlier device save. You can stop future saving or clear this game version’s local data through Privacy choices. The game verifies the deletion and reports a failure if it cannot remove the record. Other open tabs may retain temporary in-memory progress until closed.
4. Server and network information
Requesting a webpage necessarily sends technical information to the hosting and network providers, which can include IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser/device information, security signals and diagnostic logs. Providers may process that information for delivery, security, abuse prevention and reliability under their own terms and retention rules. The game operator does not use those logs for behavioral advertising or player profiling in this edition.
5. Sharing, audio and communications
Web sharing is player-initiated. A challenge share can contain the date, rules version, a self-reported score and a link; the game never posts automatically. The selected service and recipients may process anything you choose to share. Music and sound effects are produced locally, and the game does not request microphone access.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and ordinary mail metadata. We use it to answer, investigate safety or privacy reports, keep necessary support records and meet legal obligations. Support records are targeted for deletion within 24 months after a case closes unless a shorter period is appropriate or longer retention is legally required. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We do not sell email details or use them for unrelated marketing.
6. AdSense review, future ads and TikTok-native plans
The public Web Edition currently has no live ads or real-money purchases. Any ad-shaped results panel is a noninteractive layout preview and does not request advertising. The site contains a public Google AdSense account declaration and ads.txt record so Google can verify ownership and review the site. Those verification records do not load an ad, set an advertising cookie or mean Google has approved this site.
Before any web ad code is activated, we will update this notice to identify the final advertising services and purposes, configure required regional consent choices, and validate age-appropriate treatment. If activated, an advertising provider may process device and network information, consent signals, ad interactions and fraud/security signals to deliver, limit and measure ads. Players aged 13–17 will remain ad-free unless the provider and applicable rules support a documented youth-safe, non-personalized configuration. Accepting the Terms or selecting an age is not consent to advertising, personalization or marketing.
The separate TikTok-native edition is planned to use TikTok silent login to obtain a pseudonymous OpenID, rewarded ads, interstitial ads at natural breaks, shortcuts/profile revisit and player-directed sharing. It is not yet authenticated, approved or publicly launched. The proposed design does not request a TikTok name, avatar, birth date, precise location or contact list; it exchanges a short-lived login code on a first-party server, retains only the pseudonymous identifier needed for saving/integrity, and discards provider tokens if no other authorized API requires them. The notice will be reviewed and updated against the final verified implementation, providers, regions and retention settings before that edition launches.
7. International processing, regional treatment and retention
Hosting, email and—if activated later—advertising and TikTok service providers may process information outside your province or country, where different laws may apply. Network providers can infer an approximate country or region from an IP address for delivery, security and legal controls; the game does not request precise location or ask you to enter a country. For advertising in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, no ad tag will be activated until a Google-certified consent-management configuration and required choices are ready. Other regional safeguards will be documented before the relevant service launches. See Regional Information.
Optional local Web Edition records remain until you clear them or the browser removes them. The separate TikTok Native Privacy Policy describes the shorter session, reward-integrity and inactive-account retention targets implemented for that edition. Native records do not use this Web Edition's local-storage retention rule.
8. Your choices and rights
You can play temporarily, decline optional sharing, disable sound, request reduced motion, clear local game records, or stop using the service. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a privacy authority. Email us to exercise a right; we may need proportionate information to verify and locate the relevant record. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
9. Security, children and changes
We use data minimization, access controls and release checks, but no storage or transmission is guaranteed perfectly secure. If we learn that personal information from a child below the applicable minimum age was collected contrary to our rules, we will investigate and delete it where required. Material changes will receive a new version/effective date and, when required, a new choice. Contact us or your local privacy authority with unresolved concerns.
