Terms of Use
Version 1.1 · Effective September 1, 2026. This policy covers the public Web Edition. Planned advertising and TikTok-native services are identified separately and are not represented as active.
Beanie Weenie: Unleashed! is offered by AkelasEnterprises, Ontario, Canada. Privacy, support and legal questions: akelasenterprises@hotmail.com. Do not email passwords, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive records.
1. Eligibility and agreement
You may use the game only if you are at least 13, meet any higher minimum age in your location or host platform, and can lawfully agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority, review these Terms and the Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian and obtain their permission. The game’s age choice is a self-declaration, not verified age assurance. Do not bypass age, regional or platform restrictions.
2. The game
Beanie Weenie is fictional entertainment. Traffic jumps, tunnel slides, shooing characters and snack collecting are not real-world instructions. Do not imitate dangerous actions, enter traffic, approach unknown animals, or treat the game as pet-feeding advice. Play in a safe place—never while driving, cycling or crossing a road—and take a break if uncomfortable.
The Web Edition is free and currently has no real-money purchases or live advertising. Public AdSense ownership-verification records may be present while the site is reviewed, but no ad availability or approval is promised. Scores, hot dogs, boosts, Passport stamps and cosmetics have no cash value, ownership interest, prize entitlement or transferable value. They are not verified competitive results. Cosmetics do not change collision rules, scoring odds or difficulty.
3. Saving, availability and changes
Device saving is optional and is not a cloud backup. Browser eviction, storage clearing, technical problems or a device change can remove progress. The service may be changed, balanced, interrupted or discontinued, and results from different rules versions may not be comparable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or preservation of local progress.
4. Snack Shack and optional rewards
Eligible snacks collected in real runs can become spendable in-game hot dogs. The Snack Shack offers only displayed cosmetic items earned through play; it has no random paid rewards, trading, cash redemption or prize. Confirm the displayed item and price before spending. A completed local purchase is final, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
The Golden Legend crown is a long-term cosmetic goal tied to actual lifetime collection, not purchased bonus currency. Country-inspired outfits use original colors and geometric designs, not official flags, seals or team uniforms, and imply no government, team or event endorsement. Any eligible player may use any available design.
If TikTok ads are later activated, a player may choose at most one rewarded-ad benefit per round from the offers then available, such as a revive or doubling eligible shop earnings. A reward is granted only after confirmed completion and never changes the competitive score. Interstitial ads may appear only at natural breaks with frequency controls. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and declining an ad does not remove earned base rewards.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the game only through authorized channels. Do not attack or overload services, distribute malware, automate or falsify scores, exploit security defects, evade access controls, impersonate others, or interfere with another player. Responsible vulnerability reports may be sent to the support address.
The game, original characters, artwork, code, audio and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to play and use built-in sharing features for non-commercial personal use. They do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in content you create outside the game; do not share unlawful or rights-infringing material through game features.
6. Third-party and platform services
Hosting, device, browser, email, social-sharing and—if launched—TikTok services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and decisions are outside our control. TikTok has not endorsed the game merely because a preview, listing or integration exists. Platform rules control where they conflict with a feature.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, AkelasEnterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the service, or for loss of local scores or virtual items. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Because local laws vary, a limitation applies only to the maximum extent lawful for you.
8. Suspension, governing law and disputes
Access may be limited or ended for material misuse, security risk, legal necessity, platform direction or service closure. Where practical and lawful, we will use proportionate measures. You may stop playing at any time and clear optional local records.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without taking away mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your home jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or player indemnity is imposed by these Terms. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; you may still use any regulator, court or dispute mechanism the law makes available.
9. Contact and changes
Questions, rights concerns and safety reports may be sent to akelasenterprises@hotmail.com. Material Terms changes will receive a new version/effective date and, where required, renewed agreement. If a change is unacceptable, stop using the service and clear optional local game data.
