TikTok Native Privacy Policy
1. Scope and minimum age
This policy covers the separate TikTok Native Edition, not the public Web Edition. The intended listing is for players aged 13 or older where lawful. A higher minimum set by TikTok or the player's location controls.
Before the native game loads a save, it asks the player to select Under 13, 13–17, or 18 or older. An Under-13 selection blocks play. A teen selection requires an additional parent-or-guardian-permission acknowledgment. The age band, Terms choice and guardian acknowledgment remain in game memory for that open session. The game does not ask for a birth date or identity document, and this choice is not verified age assurance or verified parental consent.
2. Optional device save
After the entry choices, a player can choose equally between temporary play and saving on that device. Temporary play keeps game state in memory and does not read an older device save. Device saving uses TikTok's native local-storage interface for this game's record; it is not a cross-device account or cloud backup.
The local record can contain personal and daily bests; up to ten recent results; one paused run; Passport, trail and goal progress; shop hot dogs, owned and equipped cosmetic looks; sound, volume, motion and color preferences; reward-pass and round state; and a replay-protection journal holding at most 20 applied reward references. It does not contain a TikTok name, avatar, birth date, contacts or precise location. The record has no automatic expiry and remains until the player resets it or TikTok, the operating system or the device removes it.
The in-game reset replaces this native game's saved record with empty defaults and then stops further device saving for the open session. Temporary-mode reset clears only the open session. Neither action removes TikTok platform data, an earlier share, email records, or the proposed first-party pseudonymous session and reward records described below.
3. Silent login and first-party session design
If the final trusted HTTPS service is configured, the native candidate uses TikTok silent login. A short-lived one-time login code is sent to the first-party session endpoint, which exchanges it with TikTok. The server source uses the returned TikTok OpenID only to create an HMAC-SHA-256 pseudonymous player key. The schema does not store the login code, raw OpenID, TikTok profile fields or provider response.
The server returns a random first-party session token to the game. The game keeps that token only in memory and clears it on teardown. The database stores only its SHA-256 hash, linked to the pseudonymous player key, with a 30-day expiry. The current source targets Cloudflare Workers and D1, but this draft does not claim that the service, trusted domain, secrets, database, retention job or production security controls have been deployed or verified.
4. Reward integrity records and retention targets
For an eligible optional rewarded video, the proposed first-party ledger records the pseudonymous player key, a generated grant identifier, local round identifier, benefit type, fixed quantity of one entitlement, a hash of the commit token, state and timestamps. An acknowledgment is added only after the matching benefit and grant reference have been durably written to the local game record. These records are for duplicate prevention, recovery and reward integrity; they are not a public score or gameplay-analytics service.
The service is configured to target expired sessions for deletion immediately; uncommitted reward reservations after one day; committed but unacknowledged grants after 90 days; acknowledged grants 30 days after acknowledgment; and inactive pseudonymous player rows after 90 days when no session or reward record remains. These periods apply only when the production service is enabled. Legal, security or dispute-preservation duties may require a different period.
5. Proposed TikTok advertising
No TikTok ad is live under this draft. The source keeps rewarded and interstitial units disabled unless operator, audience, privacy, provider and reward-backend gates are all approved and configured. It also requires a successful first-party session, healthy device saving and reward recovery. The current candidate restricts all TikTok ad eligibility to players who select 18 or older; teen play remains ad-free.
If activated after approval, rewarded video is voluntary and clearly tied to the displayed benefit. A completed provider callback is not enough by itself: the saved local choice and matching first-party receipt must also validate before a benefit is applied. Skipping, declining or an unavailable ad does not remove ordinary play or already-earned base rewards. Interstitial video is limited to natural results breaks with shared run/time spacing and is never requested during active play. The TikTok Native Edition has no banner-ad placement and no in-app purchases.
TikTok and its advertising service may process platform-account, device, network, consent, ad-delivery, interaction, measurement, fraud-prevention and diagnostic information under TikTok's own notices and controls. Final regional consent, youth treatment, ad-unit configuration and provider disclosures remain approval gates.
6. Shortcuts, revisit missions and sharing
The native Activities menu connects capability-gated, player-invoked controls to an in-memory coordinator for TikTok shortcut and profile-revisit missions. Unsupported capabilities are not offered. The coordinator checks TikTok's reported eligibility and cannot turn mission status into score, currency, cosmetics or another reward. No action starts automatically. This local integration has not yet been verified in authenticated TikTok DevTool or on physical iPhone and Android devices, so the final notice must describe the behavior proven there.
If the corresponding capability is available, a player may choose on a results screen to open TikTok's Story or direct-message sharing flow with a game title, self-reported score and score query. The game does not post automatically, does not reward sharing and does not choose recipients. TikTok and the selected recipients handle anything the player chooses to send.
7. Data the game does not request
The current game source has no public leaderboard, real-money purchase, remote gameplay analytics, player-profile fields, contact-list access, precise-location request, microphone access or camera access. It does not request a TikTok display name, avatar, phone number or birth date. TikTok may still process information needed to operate its app, login, advertising, security, shortcut, revisit and sharing services under its own privacy terms.
8. Purposes, safeguards and international processing
The proposed limited server records are used to authenticate a pseudonymous game session, prevent duplicate rewards, recover a confirmed reward and protect service integrity. The source validates and bounds requests, uses HTTPS-only client endpoints, stores token hashes instead of raw first-party session tokens, and avoids custom analytics logging. No transmission or storage can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
TikTok and any approved hosting, database, network and email providers may process information outside Ontario or the player's country. Production processor identities, locations, contractual safeguards, regional legal bases and any required consent mechanisms must be confirmed before the relevant region is enabled.
9. Choices, deletion and privacy requests
A player can use temporary play, keep teen play ad-free, decline rewarded video and sharing, mute audio, reduce motion, stop future device saving, reset the native game record, or stop using the game. Applicable law may provide access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent-withdrawal or complaint rights.
You may send a question or request to akelasenterprises@hotmail.com. We may request proportionate information to verify and locate a pseudonymous server record without exposing another player's data. There is no in-game server-deletion endpoint, and a local reset does not delete server-side records. Requests and platform reports will be handled within the periods required by applicable law and TikTok.
10. Changes and related notices
We will update this notice if the approved build, regions, processors, retention schedule, legal bases or rights procedure materially changes, and provide any legally required choice before the change takes effect. See the separate TikTok Native Terms of Use and the Web Edition Privacy Policy.
