TikTok Native Terms of Use
1. Eligibility and agreement
The game is intended for players aged 13 or older where lawful. You may play only if you meet any higher age, regional, account and platform requirements and can lawfully agree. A minor must review these Terms and the TikTok Native Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian and obtain permission. The in-game age choice is a self-declaration, not age verification or verified parental consent. Do not bypass platform, age or regional restrictions.
2. Safe, fictional play
Beanie Weenie is fictional entertainment. Traffic jumps, tunnel slides, shooing characters, dog encounters and snack collecting are not real-world instructions or pet-feeding advice. Never imitate dangerous actions, enter traffic, approach unknown animals, feed a pet unsuitable food, or play while driving, cycling or crossing a road. Stop and take a break if play, motion or sound causes discomfort.
3. Access, local progress and availability
The TikTok Native Edition is free in the current candidate. It has no real-money purchase or paid currency. Temporary play and optional device saving follow the same game rules. A device save is not guaranteed backup or a cross-device account. Storage clearing, device loss, platform action, a failed write, maintenance or a technical problem can remove progress.
The proposed silent login supports only a pseudonymous first-party session and reward integrity; it is not a public profile or promise of cloud-saved gameplay. Platform services, the backend and ads may be unavailable. We may correct bugs, rebalance the course, change or remove features, suspend access or discontinue the game, subject to mandatory law. Results from different rule versions may not be comparable.
4. Scores, shop items and virtual benefits
Scores, collected hot dogs, Passport stamps, trails, reward passes and cosmetics have no cash value, ownership interest, prize entitlement or transfer value. There is no public leaderboard in this candidate, and local scores are not certified competition results. Cosmetics are visual only and do not change hitboxes, course generation, speed or difficulty. The shop has no paid random rewards, cash redemption or trading.
A displayed shop purchase requires enough earned hot dogs and confirmation. A pinned goal is not an owned or equipped item. Local purchases and progress may be lost with the device save; mandatory consumer rights are not removed.
5. Optional advertising and rewards
No advertising is active under this pre-launch draft. If TikTok, the operator, audience treatment, privacy configuration, ad units and first-party reward service are all approved and verified, the current candidate allows ads only after a player selects 18 or older and chooses device saving. Players selecting 13–17 receive ad-free play under this implementation.
An eligible adult may voluntarily choose at most one rewarded-video attempt for a round from the offers shown, such as a lucky escape, a time-limited double-points pass, or doubling eligible shop earnings. A skipped, declined, unavailable or unverified video earns no bonus but does not remove base progress or block ordinary play. Rewarded benefits depend on exact provider completion, a previously saved choice and a matching, replay-safe first-party receipt.
An interstitial may be requested only on a results transition, never during active gameplay, and only after the shared full-screen spacing rules allow it. A rewarded display counts toward the same spacing. The current conservative rules delay the first interstitial until at least four finished runs and 180 active seconds, then require at least three more finished runs and 180 more active seconds after a full-screen display. The TikTok Native Edition does not use native banner ads. Advertising availability is never promised.
6. Player-directed TikTok features
Shortcut and profile-revisit controls are connected to the native Activities menu only when the matching capabilities are available. They are optional and require a specific player tap; no action starts automatically. The current coordinator does not grant any game reward for them. This local connection is not yet verified in authenticated TikTok DevTool or on physical devices. Sharing is integrated as an optional result-screen action: the game opens a TikTok Story or message flow only after a player selects it. TikTok controls its interface and final send action; the game does not post automatically, choose recipients or reward a share.
7. Acceptable use
Use the game only through an authorized build and lawful account. Do not attack or overload a service, distribute malware, automate or falsify scores, manipulate rewards, exploit defects, evade access controls, impersonate another person, reverse engineer except where law permits, or infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights. Report suspected security or reward-integrity problems to the proposed support address without sending sensitive records.
8. Intellectual property and platform terms
The game, original characters, artwork, code, audio and branding are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to play through an authorized channel and use the built-in personal sharing features. No ownership transfers to you.
TikTok, device, operating-system, network, hosting, database, email and sharing services have separate terms and privacy practices. Their availability, moderation, advertisements, regional access and approval decisions are outside our control. A listing does not imply endorsement beyond the permissions TikTok expressly grants.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available or that local progress will always be preserved. Use reasonable device, network and account security.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer or privacy rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Any other proposed limitation must receive region-specific legal review before these Terms become effective.
10. Governing law, support and changes
Subject to mandatory rights and courts available in your home jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. Questions may be sent to akelasenterprises@hotmail.com.
Features identified as inactive are unavailable until approved and configured. Material changes will be disclosed with a new version or effective date and, where required, renewed agreement.
