Standalone Mobile Terms of Use
1. Eligibility
You may play only if you are at least 13, meet any higher local or app-store minimum and can lawfully agree. A minor must review these Terms and the Mobile Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian and obtain permission. The in-game age choice is a self-declaration, not verified age assurance or verified parental consent.
2. Safe fictional play
The game is fictional entertainment. Traffic jumps, tunnel slides, shooing characters, dog encounters and snack collecting are not real-world instructions or pet-feeding advice. Never imitate dangerous actions, enter traffic, approach unknown animals, feed unsuitable food to a pet, or play while driving, cycling or crossing a road.
3. Access and local progress
The submission candidate is free and contains no real-money purchase. Device saving is optional and not a guaranteed backup. Storage clearing, device loss, uninstalling, platform action, a failed write, maintenance or a technical problem can remove progress. We may fix defects, rebalance the game, change features or discontinue availability, subject to mandatory law.
4. Scores and virtual items
Scores, collected hot dogs, Passport stamps, reward passes, trails and cosmetics have no cash value, ownership interest, prize entitlement or transfer value. Cosmetics are earned with gameplay currency, require a displayed confirmation and do not change hitboxes, scoring, speed or difficulty. There are no paid random rewards or cash redemption.
5. Advertising and sharing
The planned Apple edition may show advertising only in an adult session after any required privacy choice. Watching a rewarded ad is optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion; closing, skipping, failure or no fill gives no reward and does not prevent ordinary play. Interstitials are limited to natural results breaks, and a banner may appear only in a reserved results-screen area away from controls. Advertising is disabled for teen and under-13 selections. Provider availability and approval are not guaranteed.
The app does not post automatically. Sharing must be deliberately initiated and completed by the player through the device share interface. The player is responsible for selecting the recipient or destination and can cancel before sending.
6. Acceptable use and rights
Do not attack or overload a service, distribute malware, automate or falsify scores, exploit defects, evade access controls, impersonate another person or infringe rights. The original game, characters, artwork, code, audio and branding remain protected. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play through an authorized copy.
7. Platforms and liability
Apple, Google, device, operating-system, network, backup, email and sharing services have separate terms and privacy practices. Their availability and approval decisions are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
8. Law, contact and changes
Subject to mandatory protections and courts in your home jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. Contact akelasenterprises@hotmail.com. Material changes receive a new version or effective date and, where required, renewed agreement.
