Version 1.1 · Effective September 10, 2026. This notice covers the separately packaged Apple App Store edition and any later Google Play edition that links to it. Features described as planned or inactive do not operate unless their provider approval and production configuration are complete.

Standalone Mobile Privacy Policy
1. Scope and core game data
The game does not create a player account and does not request a name, birth date, precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, health information or payment information. It has no public leaderboard, cash purchase or cloud-save service. Gameplay progress described below stays on the device unless the player deliberately uses the operating system's share feature.
The planned Apple edition includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices. The Google Play candidate does not currently include that Apple-only integration. The final disclosures will be checked against each signed store binary before submission.
2. Age choice
The game asks the player to choose Under 13, 13–17 or 18 or older. It does not request a birth date or identity document and does not verify age. Under-13 sessions are blocked. A teen is asked to review the notices with a parent or guardian and acknowledge permission. Advertising requests are disabled for under-13 and 13–17 selections in the planned Apple edition. These choices stay in game memory for the open session.
3. Optional local saving
After entry, the player may choose device saving or temporary play. Device saving uses this app's private local storage for personal bests, up to ten recent results, one paused run, Passport progress, earned shop hot dogs, owned and equipped cosmetic looks, goals, reward-pass state and sound, motion and visual settings. The data is not a game account or guaranteed cloud backup.
Temporary play keeps progress in memory and does not read an older save. The in-game privacy menu can stop future saving or reset this game's local record. Uninstalling the app or using the operating system's storage controls can also remove local progress. A device backup service may treat app data according to the player's operating-system settings; this must be confirmed in the final native project.
4. Sharing, sound and support
The standalone submission candidate does not post or message automatically. Any future system share sheet must open only after a player action and must not attach account or device identifiers. Music and effects are bundled project-created audio; the app does not record sound.
If you email support, we receive your address, message, attachments and ordinary email metadata to answer the request, investigate safety or privacy concerns and meet legal duties. Support records are targeted for deletion within 24 months after a case closes unless a different period is required.
5. Advertising in the planned Apple edition
For an adult session, Google Mobile Ads may process an internet-protocol address and IP-derived approximate location, device and app identifiers, advertising and product-interaction data, and crash, diagnostic and performance information. Google describes using such information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain and improve its services. Google and its advertising partners process this information under their own terms and privacy notices. The operator does not receive a player's precise location or direct identity from the game.
The app is configured to request non-personalized or restricted-data-processing ads, to disable Google's publisher first-party identifier, and not to request Apple tracking permission. Where required, Google's consent form is resolved before any ad request. A player can revisit available privacy choices from the in-game privacy menu. Selecting an age or accepting these Terms is not advertising or tracking consent.
Rewarded ads are voluntary and a benefit is granted only after the provider confirms completion. Interstitial ads may appear only at natural results breaks. Any banner is confined to a reserved results-screen area and does not cover gameplay or controls. The game remains playable when an ad is unavailable, blocked, delayed or fails. Test ads are used before release; production advertising requires separate provider approval and device testing.

6. Retention and disclosures
Advertising providers set their own retention periods. The operator will keep the App Store privacy label and this notice aligned with the final included SDK version and enabled features. If a provider, data use or audience treatment materially changes, the app and this notice will be reviewed before the change is activated.
7. Rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, people may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a privacy authority. Most gameplay information is local and can be reset in the game or removed with the app. Contact akelasenterprises@hotmail.com for help. We may request proportionate information to verify a request without collecting unnecessary identity documents.
8. Security and updates
Local data is kept inside the app's platform storage boundary, but no device or storage method can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Material changes to data use, providers, regions or retention will receive an updated policy and any legally required choice before activation.
